La fiscal general Idamis Pastor Betancourt inform\u00f3 que hay un expediente de atenci\u00f3n temprana relacionado con la ex edil de Acatl\u00e1n, Guadalupe Lucero B\u00e1rcenas y que si se encuentran elementos suficientes, podr\u00eda convertirse en carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Ello, tras los se\u00f1alamientos p\u00fablicos en contra de la ex alcaldesa, adem\u00e1s de informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la situaci\u00f3n de seguridad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
La fiscal general refiri\u00f3 que inicialmente no exist\u00eda una investigaci\u00f3n formal contra la expresidenta municipal, pero despu\u00e9s de que trascendieron diversos se\u00f1alamientos en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la instituci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 a revisar el caso.<\/p>\n
Expres\u00f3, \u201cnosotros no ten\u00edamos investigaci\u00f3n en contra de la expresidenta, pero si hay notas period\u00edsticas, nosotros iniciamos las investigaciones pertinentes\u201d.<\/p>\n
Precis\u00f3 que, por ahora, el caso se encuentra en un expediente de atenci\u00f3n temprana, por lo que todav\u00eda no existe una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n formal.<\/p>\n
Apunt\u00f3 que las autoridades se encuentran recabando informaci\u00f3n y que, si durante este proceso se encuentran elementos que sustenten posibles hechos constitutivos de delito, el expediente podr\u00eda ser elevado a una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, precis\u00f3 que se solicit\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n adicional a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca, debido a que los se\u00f1alamientos tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n relacionados con hechos ocurridos en la zona lim\u00edtrofe entre ambas entidades.<\/p>\n
