{"id":39758,"date":"2026-08-20T15:13:33","date_gmt":"2026-08-20T21:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thepueblatimes.mx\/?p=39758"},"modified":"2026-08-20T15:13:33","modified_gmt":"2026-08-20T21:13:33","slug":"ariadna-ayala-gestiona-amparo-tras-la-detencion-de-su-titular-de-seguridad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/themexicotimes.mx\/thepueblatimes\/?p=39758","title":{"rendered":"Ariadna Ayala gestiona amparo tras la detenci\u00f3n de su titular de seguridad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La alcaldesa de Atlixco, Ariadna Ayala Camarillo, promovi\u00f3 una solicitud de amparo ante el Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (PJF).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo a la lista de acuerdos del Juzgado Primero de Distrito en Materia Penal en el estado de Puebla, visible en su portal web, la promoci\u00f3n de amparo qued\u00f3 registrada bajo expediente 914\/2026 en el Sistema Integral de Seguimiento de Expedientes.<\/p>\n<p>Esto luego de la aprehensi\u00f3n del secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica de Atlixco, Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez Pacheco.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la promoci\u00f3n a\u00fan no ha sido admitida, y Ariadna Ayala debe presentar, en un m\u00e1ximo de cinco d\u00edas, un escrito en que precise cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda la autoridad responsable y que menciona de manera gen\u00e9rica al juez o jueza de control de la Regi\u00f3n Judicial Centro, Centro-Poniente del Poder Judicial del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>En esencia, la resoluci\u00f3n establece, \u201ctomando en consideraci\u00f3n en esos distritos judiciales est\u00e1n adscritos m\u00e1s de un Juez de Control.
