La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla inform\u00f3 este martes 9 de Junio de 2026, sobre la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Jos\u00e9 Daniel \u201cN\u201d, se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de crueldad animal, por hechos ocurridos en la capital poblana en agravio de un perro mestizo conocido como \u201cJunior\u201d o \u201cChato\u201d.<\/p>\n
De acuerdo con las investigaciones, los hechos se remontan al 11 de mayo de 2022, cuando el canino se encontraba recostado sobre una vialidad frente a un domicilio. Presuntamente, el ahora imputado abord\u00f3 un veh\u00edculo y dirigi\u00f3 la unidad hacia el animal, atropell\u00e1ndolo de manera intencional.<\/p>\n
Las indagatorias realizadas por la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n Metropolitana establecieron que, tras pasar sobre el perro, el conductor habr\u00eda efectuado maniobras de avance y reversa mientras el animal permanec\u00eda atrapado bajo la unidad. Aunque el can logr\u00f3 levantarse y alejarse del lugar, posteriormente colaps\u00f3 debido a las lesiones sufridas.<\/p>\n
Con base en los datos de prueba recabados durante la investigaci\u00f3n, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico ejerci\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal en contra de Jos\u00e9 Daniel \u201cN\u201d y present\u00f3 el caso ante la autoridad judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n
Tras analizar los elementos aportados por la representaci\u00f3n social, el juez determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado por su probable responsabilidad en delitos contra los animales en su modalidad de crueldad animal.<\/p>\n
La Fiscal\u00eda estatal reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de investigar y perseguir conductas que atenten contra el bienestar animal, al tiempo que destac\u00f3 la importancia de denunciar cualquier acto de maltrato para garantizar el acceso a la justicia y la protecci\u00f3n de los seres sintientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
